Siemens had realised that their tender/quotation process was not as efficient or streamlined as it could be. Siemens’ Corporate Information Office (CIO) wanted to implement a workflow process that was easy to use and would support their document management needs. A pilot project enabled Siemens to fully test Nintex Workflow 2007 functionality in their own environment. Siemens found the comprehensive “out of the box” workflow actions in Nintex Workflow 2007 made developing workflows essentially a code free job and moved forward to fully implement the product

YMCA required an Active Directory provisioning and maintenance solution to enhance their new Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 intranet. YMCA approached an IT vendor in regards to creating a custom solution to meet their needs. The IT vendor advised YMCA look at Nintex Workflow 2007 Enterprise Edition and its account provisioning functionality. After evaluation YMCA decided to purchase Nintex Workflow 2007 Enterprise Edition based on the fact it fitted their requirements exactly, plus as a packaged solution was reputable, could be quickly implemented and was very cost effective.

QIC realised that many of their paper based, manual workflow processes needed to become more efficient. Having previously migrated from SharePoint 2003 to SharePoint 2007, senior management sought a workflow solution to leverage their investment in SharePoint. QIC evaluated a number of products, using an evaluation criterion which was focused on finding a product that offered workflow functionality, genuine ease of use for knowledge workers and administration staff, and would enable QIC to implement an electronic InfoPath form workflow process.
